The Klein Oak Strutters were established in 1982 with the opening of Klein Oak High School in Spring, Texas. The team is designed to provide an opportunity for each member's individual development in dance while promoting essential life skills such as time management, self-esteem, self-discipline, and responsibility.
The Strutters perform at various athletic and local community events, participate in state and national dance team competitions, attend summer camps, as well as participate in numerous community service activities. Strutters is an exciting year round commitment where young individuals learn to be a part of a team, become a part of an amazing sisterhood that shares the love of dance and school spirit and prepares them for their future endeavors. The community holds a special place in the hearts of the KOHS Strutters. Their success is fueled by the support they receive, and they take pride in giving back through service projects throughout the year. Being active in the community is a meaningful part of the Strutters' mission and spirit. |
